It depends on your location and your dealer. Generally speaking, supplies are not what they used to be and you can get one fairly quickly.
Mini Cooper has a more vertical rake, and is only 4' off the road.
Jeep Wranglers are pretty much straight up vertical as well.
Seems like quality is the concern and not it's placement in the vehicle design.
My windshield cracked on the upper passenger corner. Does appear like something hit it though. The heating element still works so I'm going to wait until Spring to get it fixed.

2020 Jeep Wrangler with 60K on the clock and still on its original windshield.
2022 BMW x3 with 30K-ish has already been replaced once, and the new windshield already has two bad stone chips. Probably won't survive this winter.
2023 110 with 30K on its original, and so far no chips or cracks.
