What did Safelite charge for the new windshield? Have you had it recalibrated at the dealer and what was that cost? Thanks.

You don't need to involve a dealer at all. Any decent glass shop does all the sensors, calibration etc.
cost varies by state. Here in MA it's a mandatory part of insurance.
