You can read other posts. Most of the Defenders came with a wireless charging pad that does not work iphone 12 and 13 - though works fine with older models. This is because of MagSafe on the newer phones. The dealer can 1) update the module for some later versions of the wireless charger. Older versions need to get an updated wireless charging pad. Mine did - and the new one works perfect with both the iphone 12 and 13.

it's a software fix that has to do with foreign object detection (metal)
Action:
This procedure requires a minimum of Pathfinder (325) loaded or later.
Connect the JLR approved battery support unit.
Connect the JLR approved diagnostic equipment to the vehicle and begin a new session. Follow the JLR approved diagnostic equipment prompts.
Select 'ECU Diagnostics'.
Select ‘WDCM'
Select 'Update ECU'.
Follow all on-screen instructions to complete the task.
When all of the tasks are complete, exit the session.
Disconnect the JLR approved diagnostic equipment and the JLR approved battery support unit. Confirm the Wireless Device Charger Module (WDCM) charges the iPhone 12
