Just got this issue on my wife’s P400 and took it to the dealership and got the battery tested which failed. New battery allowed the SOTA update to work flawlessly.

 

Couldn't download last update, took it to dealer and they had to replace battery and download update there. Not too long after the dealership visit, the newest update came out and it won't download. Are my only options taking it to dealer again?
