There is a CCF setting that you can change that will change the outside square DRL to amber. (it lights up the turn signal)
The round headlight surround would need a light source change from what I can tell.
There is someone here that posted that they changed the square ones to yellow though.

would you repost that here please? I couldn’t find it with the search function/ a Google search but I would be interested in trying it.
@Pangea123 I'll have to dig as well. It was either here in one of the GAP tool threads, or at the D2 site in one of their GAP threads. The discussion was around how to leave the fog lights on with the high beams and how to adjust the DRL function with the tool. One person said he had changed a CCF and his DRL's were now yellow. Those threads have become pretty tangled with side conversations. I'll see what I can dig up this weekend while I'm looking for clarity on another CCF project I'm working on.
I thought it was pretty interesting and may try it. My fogs are yellow so having the yellow DRL's and fogs would look good.
The color should not be an issue, other cars have other colors. One of the KIA or Hyundai SUV's has kind of an orangey yellow cast. The LED's go off, by law, on the side the turn signal is doing its thing. Since you have actually mentioned it in public, somebody on Ali Express is making it as we speak, they are very fast followers.

I may have figured it out. Found this on defender2.net l663 gap tool thread:
Changed MultiCan-468 from Incorporated DRL and Pos to Incorporated DRL and DI and now the little squares light up in yellow as DRL

The turning off function can be adjusted as well in the CCF’s. They can be set to be on all the time or to only dim when turn signal is on. I have mine set to dim. Won’t worry about it being legal unless I get pulled over for it which they have been this way for a year now with no issue. A color change would be interesting as well.
