I am having a hard time finding a place to go off roading. I am currently stationed at Fort Drum, NY. It seems like this state is against people driving trucks down trails and through the woods. Far different from when I lived in KY and GA. If anyone on here is in a club or knows a club. I would be interested in joining. Also is anyone knows of a state or federal parks that has trails please let me know. thanks

 

I live by Syracuse and there is really nothing around this area. This state sucks for people that are into off-roading, there are also no public trails to ride atvs either.

 

Thanks for commenting. Even here on the military base they limit Privately Owned Vehicles (POVs) to the training area roads. You are not allowed to enjoy all the tank trails and what not. I did read something near the finger lakes. But that is a bit of drive for me.
