Only in TX will you have snow and a Kayak in the same picture lol.

How it looks from the backside.

All mounted and installed. I added a Shackle as well after I took the pic.

All good to go! Got the fine tuning/custom work done with mounting the solenoid box, and routing the wiring. I then just drilled the Winch Roller Fairlead, and made my final battery connections. I have a cool American Flag sticker, but feel weird putting it on a 100% Chinese winch solenoid box lol. I also have a Warn winch sticker if I wanted to be funny lol.

I really really like the D1 ARB vs the D2 model. Yes it sits down maybe 3/4 of an inch vs the D2 model, but I didn't have clearance issues with the mounting my hi-lift like I did with the D2 model, and I like it's aux light tabs better as well. I am very pleased with the results. I saved a nice ARB D1 Bumper with a little character from just rotting outside in a pile of junk. Now it'll be put to use like it was designed/made to do.

Looks good and adding a winch is never a bad thing.

Yeah the snow was already melting when I took the pics. Yep I had planned on a winch bumper, and a winch, but didn't see myself stumbling across one for FREE lol. I have always liked the ARB's for their fit/finish/quality so heck yeah I jumped on it.

I had a set of square 3x3 Rigid LED's but I think on a D1/D2 they look better with the old school round lights and the PIAA's will be good for the fog around here. I still have the OEM fog light wiring to use so I might extend the leads up to the roof.

Next on the list will be a matching metal rear bumper. I jumped on it over the weekend to load something up on the roof and I heard the famous plastic cracking sound. I didn't see a crack, but I know it's just around the corner lol. I liked the one I got from Atlantic British for my Kalahari with free shipping for just over 400.00, so maybe I'll have enough left over tax refund to grab one.

Last weekend; my perfect rear bumper did the same when I decided to step up on it.

Yep gotta love it mine is 100% perfect as well. I looked all over and zero cracks, but that doesn't mean tomorrow if I take it into town and nail a speed bump a chunk doesn't fall off.

They keep tension on the spool so it won't get slack in the line on the spool. Look stupid, but work well.
