I am really impressed with how well thought out they are. Super easy to install, they are set up so no disassembly is required of the seats. Fit is better than I expected as well.

Yeah, they look nice. Nice father/daughter repair, painting that roof section.

We finished it off today and removed the masking. Real happy with how it turned out. It is really awesome working with her to repair and build the truck. Tomorrow I think we are going to tape up a list on the garage wall like I did for the Red Clay Rally prep. Then we can layout what we need to do and have a little feel good moment checking things off.

The work goals for tomorrow is pulling the A pillar trim on the drivers side and repairing them both, and getting the headliner down if we are lucky lol

We took stock today and started the list on everything we could see it needed off hand.

Not much to do here.....

Those moldy interior pics remind me of how a lot of vehicles around here looked after Hurricane Harvey. Nice progress!

I can imagine, part that angers me was that I managed to let that happen.

Good news I found one of the roof vents I needed to replace for cheap on ebay. One down many things to go

If you have any friends at a local car wash/detail shop they should be able to get a hold of a commercial grade car bomb. It will totally remove smoke smells, pets, and other misc smells. It is nothing like the little car bombs you find at an auto parts store. The LR Dealership used to get trade in LR's that smelled awful 10ft away from them. They'd roll em around the back to the detail shop and after they bombed it with the leather scented one the smells were gone. Make sure to change out the cabin filter after all of that.

The one's I've seen lately were made by a company called Dakota OBNA-5 Bomb/Car Odor Eliminator.

It's already smelling much better. The dehumidifier is still running in it 24/7 along with a box fan.

Tomorrow we are hoping to start on either pulling the headliner or changing spark plugs depends on our mood I guess lol

Decided to make a list of things needed done, like you, but without fancy check box. I'm more of a...draw a line through it when l'm done type of guy...plus, it just seems like a lot more work...lol. Anyhow, set the list on the bench, thinking...l'll hang it on the wall later...then started assembling the engine for the 04. Naturally, while grabbing oil for the engine...some spilled...on the list.

So, if l ever make another...number one on the list will be...1) hang up list stupid, before it gets ruined.
