Finally the wait is over got a d2 safety devices high rack for a reasonable price with only an hour drive

Met a real nice guy that's gonna be selling his 03 d2 with replaced new engine

There are rust issues it will need sandblasting and paint but it is just surface rust best I can tell, blew off a lot of the bubbled powder coat with my power washer

I know you are in south jersey, I know of a very reasonable powder coat outfit in mt. Holly, they blasted and powder coated my rtm bumper for $110, and did a sweet job.

Pm me if you want details.

Hey Tom, Been meaning to ask you... Have you seen any benefit to the snorkel? Well, other than aesthetics Been thinking I need one, but have no idea why as you cant get any deeper with the American Disco set up according to what I have read.

I have been stuck in water nose submerged engine running while I winch out way worse then the avatar pic no snorkel dead engine, snorkel is useless if not sealed though since it is made for dust

Wish I had the other style though cause keep thinking I want to do a rrc front clip and this style won't work

Your airbox may stay dry but your coilpack and ECU won't appreciate the water. As Tom mentioned it's mainly for dust or situations where your nose is buried in water.
