After last weekend I think we are going to 3" for larger tires, I want q little more clearance for the diffs, I had to use the winch to get off this rock

You don't need anymore lift. Just add tire, trim, and bumpstop. Judging from that video, it looks like you could use some stiffer shocks.

Looking to go a little taller then the 245/75/16 I have but not wider

Maybe d2 factory size? That's what like 265 something?

At that drop off the corner of the bumper caught that big *** root and twisted it, another guy in front of me in a black d2 ( not in the video) caught his same spot and twisted his same way

Benot bumper back , plan to cut the ends narrower and cut the bottoms off the back of the quarters below the molding

 

Cut bottom of the quarter panels off and modded bumper to match
