So I will be damned the Exhaust pipe finally arrived, so time to climb under the hood and get to work.

Guy seemed mighty confused about how I was going to strap it to the roof rack.


and mufflers of course...

Sometimes miracles happen.
16 exhaust manifold bolts removed none broke.




​​​​​even the rounded and rotted spin free it was a good day

The sacrifice socket even came off the nut. You know the socket that is a touch to small and you pound it on the rounded nut with the hammer. So it to lives to fight another day.

I know right so the starter died I think lol. Figured that out when I went for the open header fire up.

So installation of the headers was stupid easy. Biggest obstacle was pulling the front drive shaft to install the drivers side header. Cool part was I found the front ujoint had failed. So I will get that sorted with 2 fresh joints.

​​​​I told you..... luck took away the best part! There’s a ton of room in that bay! Flipping a new starter in will be like playing corn hole. Good to find the UJ effed though, bash bash bash oil.

Funny part is I will probably have to pull the header to get the starter out
