Relax guys , I have to download pics from my camera. There is nothing significant happened with D1.Last weekend I had to work Sunday so my whole week is upside down.I started to give some love to my DD D2 ,my front bumper was all busted so I decided to build new one from aluminum. While doing it I had to remove front grill .So now front AC pusher fan was exposed , I said to myself I will just turn it to see how it spins .This thing was seized solid . Now I have to replace fan .I went to store and they have universal reversible pusher /puller fan 125$ 2200 cfm.I checked with scrapyard and they have original used D2 for 150$.Then I Google electric fan and most favorable swap for the fans come out ,Ford Taurus 92-95 3.8 v6 two speed low and high , at low speed that fan moves 3500 cfm (cubic feet per minute) of air and draws 30 amps, at high it moves 4500 cfm.I think at low it will be enough for D2.This weekend I plan to visit scrapyard pick and pull and see what they have .
Any opinion on Ford Taurus fan?

This is my work on my daily driver...front bumper was busted in the winter by ice by previous owner ...so I just kept steel bumper under it.
here you can see I started with square piece of aluminum welded to the crash absorber...
I had to remove windshield washer reservoir...
this is my new bumper ...

So my AC fan motor is seized.I went to the scrapyard to look for the replacement.Ford Taurus fan motor looked to big so I found motor from Chrysler Intrepid instead.Left pic is Rover and right is Chrysler...
test fit propeller...perfect fit...
upside down look...
only thing is installing tabs are on different height...
I will compensate this by installing it on outside of protection shroud...tabs are too big but holes are perfect fit...yellow represent what I had to cutoff of the tabs...
tabs are trimmed...
this is finished product ready for the installation and working...I had to solder original plug on my working fan...
Here I come to the problem.Out of the truck my fan is working , but now I have to check for the orientation of the rotation on the truck so when I pluged it on the truck , put AC on fan was not working , checked the fuse , it was blown , so I replaced the fuse and still nothing . Any suggestions?
Is it ambient sensor or relay or ??? Do we have any electrical specialist here on this forum???
