Nice skills,

I have to say, I'd have made the roof height closer, but yours is more functional

great job

Relax guys , I have to download pics from my camera. There is nothing significant happened with D1.Last weekend I had to work Sunday so my whole week is upside down.I started to give some love to my DD D2 ,my front bumper was all busted so I decided to build new one from aluminum. While doing it I had to remove front grill .So now front AC pusher fan was exposed , I said to myself I will just turn it to see how it spins .This thing was seized solid . Now I have to replace fan .I went to store and they have universal reversible pusher /puller fan 125$ 2200 cfm.I checked with scrapyard and they have original used D2 for 150$.Then I Google electric fan and most favorable swap for the fans come out ,Ford Taurus 92-95 3.8 v6 two speed low and high , at low speed that fan moves 3500 cfm (cubic feet per minute) of air and draws 30 amps, at high it moves 4500 cfm.I think at low it will be enough for D2.This weekend I plan to visit scrapyard pick and pull and see what they have .
Any opinion on Ford Taurus fan?

I belies your thinking about it wrong.

The Taurus fan mod is to replace the mechanical fan.

Don't you need a thermo fan switch in the Rad. For that to work?

Thanks arm and hammer. You are like a good drug dealer. You gave me just enough to give me a fix for a little while. Both trucks are looking great man! Big thumbs up. You know you should put a winch plate and a winch on that new bumper. You know, just to toughen it up some more.

I will compensate this by installing it on outside of protection shroud...tabs are too big but holes are perfect fit...yellow represent what I had to cutoff of the tabs...

Here I come to the problem.Out of the truck my fan is working , but now I have to check for the orientation of the rotation on the truck so when I pluged it on the truck , put AC on fan was not working , checked the fuse , it was blown , so I replaced the fuse and still nothing . Any suggestions?
Is it ambient sensor or relay or ??? Do we have any electrical specialist here on this forum???
