Fan hitting shroud and perishing bottom radiator hose
Any ideas....have a Defender, the radiator fan appears to have hit the shroud and also the bottom right radiator hose.
Has done it twice within 70 miles of replacement, the vehicle loses power and blows or sucks a lot of air, no fluid is leaked from the hose, the temperate gauge remains in the normal phase, the engine light does come on, and the vehicle power drops significantly but not instantly. Both events have not taken place while under heavy acceleration, both events have happened during normal gentle motoring.
Doesn’t appear to be engine mounts unless there’s more to engine mounts than I know.
