I normally would say stay away from using starter fluid. Now that being said, I have used it, to trouble shoot. I have sprayed a little into intake and if it kicks off, then dies, it is fuel related. I then loosened all the injector lines, had someone crank engine to see if fuel sprays from each injector line. If nothing is coming out, I go to the injector pump and loosen feed line from lift pump, turn key on and see if fuel is getting to said injector pump. If fuel is getting to injector pump, but not the injectors, the fuel shutoff on the pump may not be getting power, or it needs to bleed air out. Never crank too long, or you risk burning up starter. I have worked on Diesel engines for 30 years, and this has worked for almost every brand.

RESULT !!!!!!
IT STARTS !!!!!!
All I needed to do was to change the Crank speed sensor. It works of a magnetic sensor and it was worn !!! If no reading is being read it does not allow the engine to fire !!!!
Hooray !

Many thanks to you all for all your help ! I hope this might help someone like me in the future.
I now have nice new Injector seals, rings, Fuel pump, relays, anti-return valve, fuel pressure regulator,,.......like a new car !!!

regards,
Bill

Starting is often accomplished by towing with another vehicle as, for some reason I don,t understand, this will start it after exhausting the obvious especially bleeding issues.

If tow-starting use higher gears: at least 3rd or 4th. Tremendous strain on diff and transmission etc. Ether does amazing things, but use it correctly / sparingly - or risk finding amazing holes in pistons!
