Alright, she seems to be running decently now. Knocked out that bad cat for now. Found a bad spark plug (they are brand new) was shorting out somehow and preventing a cylinder from firing. Other than that it seems 6 BTDC isnt right for this truck, she wasnt running right timed like that.
Not much power on the low end and it seems to stumble until it gets into higher rpms. But, i might mess with the timing tomorrow and see what changes.
Cleared the ABS codes, didnt see anything wrong with the ABS system other than the fuse was pulled and was showing codes for the right rear. Didnt see anything bad back there, only time will tell.
Replaced a bunch of bulbs and found out i wasnt a fan of their socket design.
So to anyone looking at this thread trying to diagnose your own problems, this is what fixed it.
Ignition Amplifier ( I replaced it with a GM Module)
Dizzy Rotor
Fuel Injector
Bad Plug
Clogged Cat
The only other issues im having is the SRS light is on, and a few other little things
