Yup, got that part. I will say, for what its worth that I don't like the feel of the set switch. Its a little to squishy.

Any updates on this? Im dealing with the same issue. I looked at the vacuum line and sprayed the ends with break fluid while the switch was pressed and it didn't "suck" it in. However I wasn't going 28 mph for it to engage either. I took a volt meter with the engine on and pressed the switch to the pump and I had no power, does anyone besides me think the ecu is the blame?

Yes on module , can meter at connector and verify volts from pressing buttons
