Disco II Cruise Control not working.

Default Disco II Cruise Control not working.
I have a 2000 Disco II with no cruise control.

When I activate the switch it lights up. But I can't gey the cruise to engage.

Any help would be appreciated.

Vacum leak. Find the vacum line that comes out of the firewall into the engine bay, follow it everywhere it goes and t's off to. Check all connections for cracks. Repair/replace as necassary.

X2 on the vacuum leak, I had the exact problem and that was the culprit.
