The diaphram that is located on top of the engine next to the throttle linkage and the electrical circuit would be my first look. You really didn't provide much info. Does any part of the cruise system work? How did you check the vacume lines? Was the cruise working or has it never worked?

I put a vaccuum on the lines and they held and the diaphram held its vaccuum as well and I powered the motor and it worked but when I tried to use it nothing happened. I hit the switch ion the dash then tried to set it but nothing. I am assuming the module may be faulty but not sure if it is a common issue thanks
