97 Disco Radiator Help

It overheated a few years ago and had to replace quite a bit of things, including the head gasket. The belt is on correctly. I replaced the thermostat about 2 years ago as well. It is interesting to watch the accugauge though. I can almost tell when the coolant is circulating properly as it drops 10-15 degrees then goes back up in temp.

I have a Ultra-Gauge, nice thing to have.
But I dont live by it.

Oops, thats what I have. Didnt remember the name correctly. Thanks for everyones help and all. I will try to relax a little while driving it. It seems to keep me on edge behind the wheel.
