can u change window switch without removing entire panel? all other windows and switches work. everybody keeps saying circuit board behind glove box but with just this one rear door inop my gut says start with switch. any help?

 

When I worked on my door and put the switch back in inverted, I believe I did just pop it out and swap connector around. But talking the panel off is no big deal. One screw, and it is held on around the edges by these plastic push in anchors and you use some plastic upholstery tools to gently pry up each one and work your way around.

They are cheap from the auto parts store. The head of the anchor is in the plastic foam door panel, grandma could rip it out, so be gentle.
