ReOpening this thread
I'm going to buy the Airtex E3270 Electric Fuel Pump off of Amazon.
It looks like it comes with some extras. Is this all I need? Do I need to buy anything else like the fuel pump locking ring?

Take a look at the pumps pickup screen and the inline filter on the frame rail. I'd say they're causing the small pressure loss. Pumps are brush wear causing loss of rpms. I'd say it's your decision on replace or keep on the pump. What's your oil pressure?

No clue on OP but did do compression checks at rebuild and all were within acceptable limits. Don't recall numbers but they're written down somewhere and probably on one of my posts. Don't think I'm running low pressure as my light goes off almost immediately after start up (3-5 seconds on cold days) but I could always use higher OP. Been meaning to add a OP gauge. Will tackle that after I finish welding up my roof rack basket.
