Default '99 D1 refresh suspension - Do Not want a lift

Just curious if someone can refresh my memory on refreshing the suspension without lifting it.

I already went down the rabbit hole searching numerous threads this morning but didn't see an answer/question for my situation.

I would go with bilstein shocks and was wondering if there is a need to refresh the springs or keep the originals? If i were to refresh the springs, do any of the aftermarket manufacturers make stock height (or as close as possible)

Also, I would replace the bushings with OEM rubber (personal preference vs poly bushings).

Thanks!

See Red's coil matrix
land rover spring specifications

My guess is Bearmach may offer coils that are equivalent to factory. Your choice of shocks should be fine, I wouldn't do OME as they seem to be for lifted vehicles only (I broke 2).

Look near the bottom of the page for the springs, the rest I'm sure you'll find as well. https://rovahfarm.com/DiscoIAxlesPage2.htm
