Thank you to all the added to this thread. My setup was exactly as described in every way.
Picked up the exactly part mentioned and the noise level has been greatly reduced.

Thanks for the reminder! If I cant repair the "Stuck in tape" error I am going to try to salvage the screen. Mine is bleeding through and I am too cheap to send it to roverville to get repaired.
