Heck no, I wish it were almost winter, but it's almost 100 degrees the past couple of days here and my nissan titan transfer case seal blew out on me yesterday and I'm waiting for the parts for that.. I never needed the AC in the Disco until now..

Well, I was looking through the manual I was referred to, and it doesn't have the wiring diagrams, or the location for the relay that controls the compressor. Still looking for that.. I pulled the AC on/off switch out and it is working like it's supposed to, as far as I can tell without a diagram.. Any other ideas?

has the air BEEN working ? If not , there are hi and low pressure switches ....which will prevent the compressor from running if the charge of refrigerant is too much or too little...you may just need a charge of r134 to get it to respond......I've had this happen to me on a couple of vehicles.....worth a look ?

The AC hasn't worked in it since I've owned it and I bought it in 2008. I lived up in WA state for a few years and never needed AC up there but when I moved back to IN thats a different story. The first check I did was getting it serviced and that did nothing. I need to find the high and low pressure switches and try to jump them to see if it is one of those switches. Thanks for the reccomendation.
