But because it only happens at warm idle that tells me your belt is wrong, it can look right and still be wrong.
When it is on wrong the alternator will turn to slow at idle to charge the battery and the battery light will come on.

interesting what you say, maybe can you tell me were can i find a diagram of the correct belt routing??

ok now i checked all the possible things,
1.- in my disco the belt is not just one there are 2 best one that goes from the alternator to te fan and other that goes to all of the rest (dont know if this is goos or if this version have it like this
2.- mainteinance of my alternator and thight up the belt got it done, i believe that the alternator needed a manteinance and this solved my problem

also i changed all the spark plugs and cleaned the inyectors and the acceleration system and i have another problem

when i start it cold it takes a while to stabilize, when i press the accel pedal revs come down and it seems like its going to turn off

i dont know when i cleaned the accel system maybe i put somethign wrong or i didnt put it together well, maybe you have seen this and help me

It sounds likee your truck gets little if any maintance. You have multiple issues. First go to a local parts store, after cleaning and tightening your cables and grounds, have the charging system tested, for zFREE, the voltage needs to be between 13.6 and 14.4 volts.
The start looking a a serious tune up, plugs, wires cap/rotor do an induction cleaning, run a can of B&G's 44K thru the gas tank.
Once it is running like it should, then look at the major service list posted at the top of this section and have it all done while your truck is still running.

Not sure, but in Equador(where the OP is located) they may not do free checks of the charging system.
