I have read it this morning when truck is on and then off.
Your reading device must be faulty.

Best to check battery after sitting at least overnight prior to first start of the day. Should read about 12.6.

Not really. The battery at rest with engine off should be in the 12.5 - 12.8VDC range, 14.6VDC is NOT a normal common reading. Do you have a real volt/ohm meter to double check those readings with? I'm not a big fan of microprocessor chargers, they stink at charging/testing with a whole litany of whiney fault codes for not doing some work. I use a regular ol Schumacher charger with a beefy transformer between the power cord and amps out, so what if it's got a bad cell attitude.

Yes, I did test before starting each morning for 5 days and always read full. So I will just continue to watch it. Thanks guys for all your help!!!

Truck and battery working perfectly until 3 days ago when security system won't let me start. Put new thread about it under Disco. I
