Default a beaten dead horse question?

I am almost afraid to ask, but I am having trouble find an adapter plate. I am, dare I say, attemping to install a 6.2l gm diesel in my disco. Before everyone throws thier two cents in about how bad of an engine it is, I already know. However in all my years (17 now) in the Army the 6.2l beast in my tired old hummer drives on field problem after field problem. they are cheap and more than available. I am not looking for a powerhouse, just a more economical option. I thought about the TDI 300, but autozone has pretty much everything for the 6.2l in stock. So here is the question, who makes an adapter to both the crummy 6.2l to the zf auto gear box?

I have already seen this page, real nice install. However no details on how it got in there. I tried marks4wd, and they do not have an adapter that will bolt up to the 6.2l. I guess I could always try to adapt the gm bell housing to the zf.
