brake pedal locked up on me
Pull the fuse from the fuse box under the hood, it is the 30 amp ABS pump fuse.
In the tech section there is a "how to" read the ABS trouble code, IF you ABS light is now on all the time.
To properly fix this problem you will need to figure out what is wrong, could be a ABS wheel speed sensor, could be a bad ABS modulator.
I pulled my fuse 3 years ago, the only effect you will have besides no ABS is the ABS light will be on all the time.
