You guys who cant stop should look into Defender 90 front brake conversion

It's better, and everything works, but in a heavy vehicle, the brakes still don't inspire confidence. Fortunately, the wife usually drives the Disco. ;^)

The original posters problem is the master cylinder needs adjustment.
Aftermarket master cylinders do this on Rovers each and every time.
Had he used a OEM master cylinder he would not have had any problems.
