Default a/c fans not coming on

Ok new to the site,be easy with me. I have a 97 Disco. Problems started as condenser fans not coming on, have changed them changed both relays. Noticed the A/C blows cold but clutch does not engage or dis-engage.Could it be the high low switch for compressor and fan timer switch for condenser fans.
Thanks for any advice given, would like to pull my hair out.LMAO

Fans are run by F3 in the under hood fuse box (30 amp). See RAVE manual - if you have not downloaded check elsewhere on this form. Factory manual, electrical troubleshooting guide, schematics, connector and relay locations, etc.

For a quick look I have attached the page that covers the wiring to the fans and relay. The quality is reduced somewhat, you really should have your own copy of the manuals, and some people keep an extra on a USB drive in the truck (great for lunch hour or when you are at the indy shop broken down).

Fans in a 97 should come on whenever AC is on, when coolant temp is over 100 degrees C, and if engine is off, but fuel temp is over 70 C AND coolant is over 100 C.

AC could blow cold if vehicle moving as there would be enough air flow over the condenser at good speeds. When going slow or idle the high side pressure would increase, possibly to the pressure cutout point, then drop back down and the pressure switch resets and starts the cycle again.
