I've replaced plugs with proper champions and bosch wires new fuel filter as well k&n filter cleaned. we think it may be a fuel issue as it was parked for a while new fuel has been added. another thing is the two o2 sensors ahead of the y joint have been wired together the catalytic convertor has been removed an exhaust was installed. any help would be fantastic an greatly appreciated

The front O2's have been wired together?
How do you do that?
How long did it sit with the gas in it?

You might just need to suck it up and run it bone dry, add new gas and start over adding a really good injector cleaner for a few tanks.
Being that low on fuel it def got water in it.
You need to heat up the O2's, idle the engine for 5-10 min and then using a boxed end wrench bust them loose, dont use the open end of you will round them over.

I dunno - your code reader conversion don't match the factory - such as 1191, there is no fuel pressure sensor to OBDII on a D1. Here is the GEMS list for those codes, and they seem to point to O2 issues.

O2S Upstream Heater - Hardware driver Open Circuit (both heaters) P1185
O2S Upstream Heater - Hardware driver Short Circuit P1186
O2S Upstream Heater - Inferred Open Circuit Fault (one heater) P1187
O2S Upstream Heater - Inferred Open Circuit Fault 2 (both heaters) P1188
O2S Upstream Heater Circuit Inferred Low Resistance1 Fault P1189
O2S Upstream Heater Circuit Low Resistance Fault P1190
O2S Downstream Heater - Hardware driver Open circuit (both heaters) P1191
O2S Downstream Heater - Hardware driver Short Circuit P1192
O2S Downstream Heater - Inferred Open Circuit Fault (one heater) P1193
O2S Downstream Heater - Inferred Open Circuit Fault 2 (both heaters) P1194
O2S Downstream Heater Circuit Inferred Low Resistance1 Fault P1195
O2S Downstream Heater Circuit Low Resistance Fault P1196
