Default Changing low range gear

Hi all. I'm brainstorming near future and not so near future plans, and despite many google searches havent found anything about specifically changing just the low range gearing in the transfer case. My understanding us that there are transfer cases with different overall ratios from the factory, but what I'd like to do is regear the diffs to account for larger tires as well as have an even lower low raange than from factory, with the diff ratios corrected back to stock equivalent. Does any company like Ashcroft make such a gear? Is there a model from another market (im in canada) that has such a box that would bolt up?

Great Basin Rovers (GBR) sells a low range gearset. You can lower it 30% or 50%. Call and talk to Bill. They are redoing their website and so far it is not complete.
