I went through diagnosing my inoperable cruise, lo and behold it appears it's the vacuum pump. It runs, but doesn't seem to generate any appreciable vacuum. I even hooked it directly to the actuator (that functions if I apply a little vacuum to it orally) - nothing. So, does anyone know of a good place to find one? Most every one on Ebay is for a D2, and I noticed that the electrical connection is different. AB wants almost $400 for a new one; so that's out!

 

To bad you cannot get just the diaphragm

 

I have one from a parts car, but don't know if its good or not.

If you want to walk me through the diagnostics I could give it a whirl.
