Default Crush washer for front brake caliper pipe?

Hey guys, so after I did the right front wheel bearing and brakes, I put a new caliper on it and a new metal line. Went together fine and bled fine. But today I went for a ride and the pedal went to the floor. I can see the fluid pooling in the bottom of the wheel when I stopped. I don't recall using a crush washer for the brake pipe into the caliper but I also don't recall using one on the left front or any of the backs

Is this normal? I will take the wheel off later when I get out of work to see what's going on but I am just wondering if I should pick up a kit of copper washers.

Thanks.

Well I figured out the problem. Fluid is going right past the top outer piston seal and just coating my brand new Brembo rotor in fluid. Getting a new caliper today, yay for warranties!

Glad you found it, after installing the new caliper, make sure to do a full 3 pint, DOT 4 brake flush for a firmer pedal.
