There are two notches on the power steering reservoir cap. Keep the level between the two. The easiest way to bleed/flush the system is to loosen the zerk looking fitting on top of the power steering box just a little, not the big nut. While ATF bleeds out, keep filling up the reservoir. Don't let it go low! Bleed it till the fluid looks fresh. The ATF will go everywhere so make sure to put a pan underneath and wipe up the rest.
