Greg, you are an absolute wealth of knowledge on these beast, I love the details you provide.

I replace my fuel pump assembly with a Pro-Line from RN due to a leak at the top plate. I also replaced my fuel tank cap becuase I drove off and left the old one.

I have not measured my pressure at the rails yet, but when I loosen the fuel cap, I get a lot of hissing from the pressure release, much more than before. I just replaced plugs and wires, and my 97 is very peppy. Especially between 2000 to 3500 hundred.

I find myself using second or third gear on the local roads here around Pittsburgh to take advantage of the engine compression braking rather than using the brakes a lot on these hilly roads.

I find that just by feathering the throttle in that range, it is very responsive and I don't ride the brakes to slow it down.

I don't remember for sure, I believe they are denso's from a late 90's mustang gt.

I'd have to try to read the #'s off of them

Inj = $40/8 used Ebay
Rebuild kit/8 = $25 Ebay

Thanx, Danny
