Are your electric fans turning on.... I see you replaced them but are they working with the AC on? Definatly sounds like your not getting proper air flow.

Replaced both. One went down then the other went down. Replaced them both and yes they do work and run about a minute even after I shut the engine down. They are pusher fans.

I just do not get it. I can pull my 3800 lb boat up a hill on a 100 degree day with the a/c off and temp will never go over about a 1/4 of the way up! Turn the a/c on and all hell breaks loose. Low side on a/c systmes should uns 25-37 psi anytime I have messed with em and this one is running 60psi. DO not know if this is the problem or what. I thought about replacing the expansion valve, drier, pull a vacuum, and recharge and see what happens. Something must be making the condenser get very hot to heat my radiator this badly. I even made sure there wasn't an air bubble at m temp senser and nothing. UUUUHHHHH

not sure what you mean by pusher fans but I am pretty sure when you turn the truck off with the A/C on the e-fans should run for 10 minutes, I would question that. I don't know enough about the cooling/A/C systems in our trucks but that kind of threw a flag for me.

I think I would lower the psi in the a/c to spec and see what happens.
If the condenser is dumping to much heat in from of the radiator that would do it.

I dont know how to much psi in the a/c would do that but hell, what do I know?
