My door trims are okay but one thing is the black plastic post anchored to the foam that the blue panel clips attach to is missing or pulls out. I noticed some of mine were jb welded by po but that panel is missing a bunch (drivers side) also it looks like some consist of two pieces clipped together and some are one piece embedded. It would be interesting to know the reason for two kinds and is this a Land Rover only design? It seems simple enough to glue them back for full anchoring but what if they are missing? Are these available as replacement and I haven’t found them? Seems like one of those 3D printer hobby items, (if only I had time to get into that…) maybe theyre resurrected by wise scrappers from only garbage panels. I could entertain new panels but, for the money, given the draw on resources my disco presents, I doubt it’s worth sourcing replacements. Wait, maybe I could sell my little black posts for the expense panels…
it’s the black plastic anchors. My driver door is missing about ten. In hindsight the picture would show some embed to the foam and some clip to a piece embedded in the foam. I thought they were two different parts but maybe they’re the same part.
