Default Driver Door Lock not working with FOB

Last night I had to replace the spring in the lock mechanism for my driver door since it wasnt opening. The spring replacement went fine and the door opens from inside'/outside without needing to hold the key in.

My current issue is that once put back together, the driver door lock isnt locking/unlocking if I use the FOB.

When I have the driver door open, and i "lock" the car via the internal door lock, you can hear the rest of the locks lock and then unlock since the door is open like its supposed to. if i get in and lock the door via the internal lock, the rest of the car locks. If i lock from outside the car with the key, the whole car locks. if i use the FOB, every door execpt the driver door locks/unlocks.

It appears the master locking system is functioning correctly except the fact that my driver door isnt unlocking automatically.

I have an extra passenger lock actuator and have swapped motors of the 2 devices and it worked for 2 tries and then died. is this just a burnt out motor issue?

Try looking the doors from the inside (doors closed) with the front passenger lock. What is the behavior of the driver's door lock?

While in the car with all doors closed. Locking/unlocking the front passenger lock does not have any effect currently.

Doing the same with the drivers door locks/unlocks all the doors.
