EMu #3 keeps blowing

Default EMu #3 keeps blowing

This fuse is a pain, can I test the ECU EMU? I have a spare 1997, perhaps a swap?

Which fuse 3 (under hood, satellite panel 1 or 2, or main panel? What amp fuse is blowing?

Examples -

F 3 underhood box AC fan and compressor relay
F 3 satellite fuse panel 1 - ECU, multi-function relay, O2 sensors, ignition coils, spider
F 3 satellite fuse panel 2 - OBDII port data connector
F 3 main fuse panel - radio, and related parts

Default fuse with motor on it....

I believe it is the ecu, top satellite fuse under steering wheel.
