Engine ticking
I thought that was a pretty giant leap to go from oil, plugs and wires to tearing the motor down. I figured you been hitting the WildWeed Flowers again along with the Rum and Ginger Beer.
I figured somebody with the ***** to ride a Ducati Cafe Racer would lkeap right in with the wrenches and tear that engine down. No doubt the Ducati was swift, but it looks terribly uncomfortable. Do you do those stunts like I see on TV where they grab the front brake only and do a reverse wheelie?
talk to wheelgarage about that stuff....even tho they were fast..i always take my time. and i did all of my riding in europe where it's civil and i was young-er. bike is in the garage in new york...i need a way to unload it or trade it. looks good but hasnt been run in years.
Call Justin at Lucky8 or talk to PT. They may be able to get you some of the of the other stuff you need. I've heard that D&D's lifters can be noisey. I'd still get a crower cam, It's gonna be your best/cheapest option.
Good to know because one of the engines is a 14cux
and at that price I would hope you bought 2? hahaha
Received this in the mail today!

Plans are to install the cam, lifters, gear and chain, kick down cable, LED rock lights, new canvas slings for both front seats starting next Wednesday. I plan on taking a lot of pictures and reporting in every evening.
