To fix the sunroof leak properly; you will need to remove the headliner(might be able to drop the rear down). Most likely the drains are the source of the leak and will need to be resealed. The drain tubes attach to a small plastic tray that is attached to the metal retaining tray for the sunroof. The plastic parts are sealed to the metal with caulking and most likely need to be resealed. If you headliner needs to be reworked because the material is dropping: this is the perfect time to fix both sunroofs and any windows that leak.
Another issue to be aware of with the dash lights and tail lights going off when you switch the headlights on is the turn signal stalk switch. The switch is built in and when you go from just the parking lights to headlights it can kill the dash and taillights if the switch goes bad.
The fix for that is either replace the stalk switch or take it apart and clean up the contacts and reassemble. I chose to replace mine with a used one from Will Tillery at a great price. Paul Grant may also have one.

Yes, there is a resale value for the jump seats since (I believe) they are harder to find new, if at all. I recently purchased a set of jump seats for my SD from eBay. Check prices there. Between $200-300 seems to be average for the complete set (seats, and all mounting hardware, belts) in good to excellent condition.
If neither, check your glove box lamp. If it doesn't work when the headlights are switched on, check the fuse and confirm the lamp isn't shorting on the metal bracket that holds the assembly in place. That's what it was for me.
