Just make sure you are fully seated in a clean hole, bottomed out and square to the plane and use as long a lever arm as possible to simpify the job. A slow steady pull with a large lever arm beats struggling with a short one anyday. Less likely to pop out and prematurely bust your nuts, excuse me, your knucles.
The drive hole on mine had been damaged by Previous Owners, so rather than reuse a damaged hole, I bought a new plug and the associated crush washer. Good to have spares on hand as well. You want that fluid kept fresha nd clean and topped off. It is imperative that you do a good job the first time, then the next time is much easier.
The more I do on mine, the more I learn about it and myself. If it was easy, any damn fool could do it. I don't see anybody rushing up to help. so I must do as much as i can for as long as I can.
I have done so much with so little for so long that I can do almost anything with just about nothing. I have reached ultimate Nirvana.
Light the fire, get the meat ready, break out the Whiskey and bring on the Dancing Girls. Turn up the Music and Lets Party.
Dance Little Sister, Dance.
Where's the MUD? I gotta get the Pig Ready to Dance.

It's such a PITA...it took me forever and a lot of bad words before I could get it done...but get it done you must. My problem was the $%#@ cable to the parking brake () was in the way and making the space too narrow for my breaker bar...but I was finally able to move it just enough to get the wrench in. Not looking forward to doing it again...but I will.
I think Danny finally went over the deep end. Glad to hear the tcase got done. That's next on my list. Did the diffs today. When I do the tcase I'll pull the window and have a look as well. Any tips?
I'm glad the o2's got done. How was the passenger? Tougher or easier? Did you need the coil pack out for the passenger? Yeah I bought the Pump today with the 85w-140 (2gallons) it was a lot cleaner but took forever. That **** is viscous. It'll be a big help for the tcase too I'm sure.
