I liked the look of the air dam and fog lamps a lot and was looking for a replacement lamp bracket. Then I got a crazy idea and removed the whole thing to make measuring for a new bumper easier. I love the look without the air dam and lamps muchos betteros!

Here's a pic of mine after the rebuild.

It's been three years or so now and it works fine still.

thanks for the input Danny, yours look mint now. I didnt have time to really clean mine up. But next month I will be removing the center console again to replace some switches and to clean the cdl shifter mechanism and grease it better as well for longevity.

m90 supercharger planned down the road after I fix everything...

I think that would be the absolute last thing I would ever do to mine...............

I would rather keep it running steady than try to SOUP IT UP and end up with it blown up.

Seriously: what benefit is achieved by the addition of a supercharger?

Guess it depends on your expectations and usuage, but I just don't see it on a Dicovery, if it were a high performance road car it would be different.

To each his own....

you ask why and what benifit?

1. I like power
2. power

its just what I like. its like asking why do people put bigger tires on their rover...or why lift it.....?

I like lifts, I like bigger tires, I like power....

There is no rules saying that only high performance can have power.....
