Default Fixed my rear windows finally 97 D1

Finally got around to pulling off the door panels and fixing the windows that have been duct taped for too long.
Used a nylon washer I found at ACE Hardware.
The windows stopped going up and down so had to tackle the control board.
Didn't see the normal place that people solder but I did see some discolor on the strange wires that rise from the board.
After heating them up and adding a bit of new solder, preso the fkn thing worked.
I was getting ready to do the bypass with the white & green wire but didn't need to.
Any questions, hit me up, since mine is a US Rover and a lot of the instructions are for a right hand drive D1.

I replaced the control board on my '99 D1, and the back seat window on pass side works, drivers side now makes noise but doesn't move. I took the door panel off and looks like the motor is turning, but no movement of the regulator. guess I'll leave it for later as I have plenty to fix for now.

I usually use a magnifying glass and a strong light to inspect solder joints and like you did, hit any that look suspect.
