Front Calipers ? Replacement or Rebuild kit ?
I have a little clamp on my front springs to hold my hoses in place. The clamp is an air line separater for 18 wheelers its just big enough to fit over the spring but it gives the hose plenty of slack to move threw it. Im running 12" travel shocks with mine and no problem of them overstretching. It is close withiut limit straps on the front but the rear is plenty long since the hoses mount in the center on top of the diff. I would recomend limit straps on one axle or the other if not things get a little funny feeling on off camber situations thats just my $.02
New front Driver side caliper here on Long Island from AutoZone was $92, in-stock, off the shelf. ($50 deposit for core exchange). Remove pads (might as well replace), brake line, two caliper bolts, reinstall in reverse order, bleed brakes ... one hour job at most. Just cannot see the time and effort in doing what will could be a multi-day rebuild process? Would rather take another hour and replace/repack the bearings which oddly enough for this beast are inexpensive and common. Just my two cents. Cheers.
