Really, so sensor 2 location is directly after the exhaust manifolds and sensor 1 location are after the Cats. Wonder why my bank 2 sensor after the cats did not show up on the scanner if they are sensor 1. The wires were cut right through. I'll have to look at the sensors before the Cats and see if they also have a problem.

Sensor 2 is after converter, sensor 1 is before. I misread your post about which sensors were doing what. I thought I read that your bank 2 post sensor had a cut wire, and your bank 1 pre sensor had a problem, when actually you said they were both post converter sensors.
I apologise for the misread of your post and any confusion caused. I am just now getting my RDA of coffee...
Even if the pre converter sensors (sensor 1) aren't setting a code, they may be switching slowly and increasing fuel consumption. On my D2, I changed both pre converter sensors fairly recently, even though they hadn't set a code, just because they appeared original and at 100,000 miles I figured it was time to change them. My MPG increased by 1-1.5 city after changing them.

Did a quick trip yesterday to Monterey to the aquarium and dinner.
I filled up before leaving and set off. Since my gas gauge is still not working, I made it a point to fill up @ 200 miles. I hit 200 miles and put in 13 gallons, which equates to 15.5 mpg.
When I am done with all the "fixes", I will focus on spec upgrades to help with the MPG.

So I thought I would chime in too since I just did a 780 mile round trip. I got 15.53 mpg driving down to family's house and 14.83 mpg driving back home. I was driving my rig at about 75 mph according to the GPS. So I figure that was pretty darn good for driving fast and tackling a few mountains between Portland OR and Yreka CA. What I found funny was the Disco seemed to run better at 3000 feet (my aunt's house) then it does at 100 ft (my house). Also I got about 310 or so miles on one tank of gas.
But on average I am getting about 14.5 to 15.5 mpg when I commute 46 miles to work. But I drive my little car mostly when I commute since it gets about double the Disco mileage.
