Default GEMS V8 4.0 doesn't start

Hello everybody
Need help. Can't start the engine. When turning the key in 3d position nothing happens. Only some relay crackling sounds in front of the right seat. The problem appeard after changing the cable of automatic transmission selector and installing some new relays in front of the right seat.
At first i thought that the problem was caused by a defective relay and chaged it back. Nothing improved.. Then i checked the positions of the transmission selector-everything is ok, but it doesn't start in P and N positions (as well as in other).

What could that be? Must admit that i ve got lots of elecrical problems unsolved yet, but i don't know where to search for answers.

By the way, i even tried to connect a simple chineese OBDII scanner and it showed me such errors :
P1188
P1185
P0460
P3999
I dont know if these codes will be useful, but anyway..

Thank you

P1188 and 1185 are both about the upstream O2 sensors (specifically the O2 sensor heater)
P0460 is fuel level sensor(circuit malfunction)
P3999 is a tough one, it normally show up when there is an error in either the reader itself or the ECM.
After seeing that this started with the changing of the selector cable, You may want to check out the XYZ switch on the transmission to see if it got unplugged, or just disconnect and clean the plugs with some electrical cleaner and add some dielectric grease. This ECM may not be getting the neutral or Park signal and therefore not allowing to start. Just some thoughts.

Hmm.. by the way, how many plugs are there on the gearbox? And where are they located? I remember there are not much of them. The previous owner tried to repair the electrics and it's hard to find head or tail..
Also the car still moves when pushed in parking position.

In park the park pawl (mechanical) would not allow the vehicle to move. I wonder if the cable's out of adjustment or busted.

I would have someone move the shifter and be under watching to see if the cable is extending and retracting.

I ve found the problem. The starter relay does not work. But I ve managed to start the engine by closing the "+" contact on starter directly from the battery when the key is in 2 position. And another question appeared- the truck still moves in P position. I haven't checked the selector cable yet, but if the engine starts in P - the cable seems to be ok? What could cause such a problem?
