Thanks Savannah. Looks like a job of an hour or so. I found a small shop in the area that can handle the rad. I will start right now with a good ol' PB Blaster treatment on the fittings since they're pretty rusted, and may do that next week.

I will take the opportunity to check the condenser fans too since one of them doesn't work.

I checked the temp carefully on my way back from work today and it stabilized at 196 on the road (50mph) but went up to 201 when i left it idling a minute once in my driveway. Outside temp was in the upper 60's.
